Bristol Student Commonwealth Society

The establishmstudents-society2ent of a student chapter of the Bristol Commonwealth Society (BSCS) (affiliated to the Royal Commonwealth Society) was an idea mooted in 2014 following the visit of John Kirkland, Deputy Secretary General of the Association of Commonwealth Universities. The involvement of students in BCS is deeply rooted in our objectives and Commonwealth House provides a place of comfort, safety and friendship for those studying in the city.  We also offer bursaries to support those experiencing hardship at the City’s two universities.

BSCS brings together students from all over the world and offers opportunities for volunteering and networking along with discussion and a chance to make new friends.  Non-BSCS members are very welcome to participate but please telephone 0117 9734720 or email to book.

Contact details for the BSCS are available on request.
